Not sure where to even start but the connection is not being detected by the computer or the monitor. If you have an hdr enabled device such as a uhd blu ray player or streaming device connected to an hdr compatible tv it s possible that the tv is not recognizing the hdr encoded content. In the future microsoft could start supporting these types of cables or it will just start working. I ve tried updating the intel drivers and i even just bought an active displayport to hdmi adapter to make sure it s not the passive cable.
